This is something that can help you improve conversion and remove friction from the sales process. It doesn’t work all the time, but when it does it is solid!

If you’ve been following me for any amount of time you know how I love and recommend using a post-inquiry-landing page (PILP).

A PILP is a new page at your website that someone is redirected to, or “lands on” after filling in your inquiry form.

Today, I want to offer another suggestion. After someone fills in your inquiry form give them an immediate option to book a phone call or Zoom call with you on your post-inquiry-landing-page. Strike while the iron is hot, is the old saying!

You can do this using an online. Scheduling tool called Calendly (

Calendly is an inexpensive Internet Marketing Tool that helps you schedule meetings without back-and-forth emails. It works with your Google, Outlook, Office 365 or iCloud calendar so you are never double booked!

It really has a lot of very cool and powerful features. I particularly like the appointment reminders that it sends to people for you.

Will people always do it. No. Will some? Yes! Particularly if your website has done a good job of making someone REALLY WANT TO TALK TO YOU. I think it is becoming more and more popular to “self-schedule” phone calls and Zoom sessions.
